RelineMe provides a secure platform for private messaging and networking off-YouTube. We use Google and the YouTube Data API to verify channel identity so users can confirm who they are speaking with.

3. Data Usage

RelineMe only accesses YouTube profile information necessary for identity verification and creator matching. We do not access private videos, upload content, modify channels, manage YouTube accounts, or take actions on a user's behalf.

4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

RelineMe uses Google and YouTube API Services for authentication and identity verification. By using our service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

When engaging in private messaging or sending invitations on RelineMe, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or engage in malicious communication against other users.
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or distributing unsolicited promotional content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a persona.
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may also request deletion of their account and associated data at any time through the settings page or by contacting relineme.platform@gmail.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

RelineMe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including the conduct of third parties or other users on the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
